DESCRIPTION:Nonprofit Seminar: Assessing Your Organization’s Strategy an
d Structure in a Changing Environment \nMost nonprofits today are running
strategies and operating models that were designed for conditions that hav
e already shifted… sometimes in obvious ways\, often more quietly. When
the environment moves faster than the design\, the gap between intent and
impact widens. Strategies stop guiding. Structures stop carrying the work.
Effort goes up. Results don’t. \nThis seminar offers nonprofit leaders
a practical\, high-level lens for assessing whether their current strategy
and operating model are designed for each other\, and for the world they
’re actually in. Through examples and patterns from across the sector\,
we’ll look at what causes the drift\, where the gaps tend to open up fir
st\, and what some nonprofits are starting to do differently in response.
\nPractical\, not theoretical. Come away with a sharper read on your own o
rganization and a clearer sense of what to pay attention to next. \nREGIST

th young explorers! \nRegister your 3.5-5 year old in Pre-K Explorers. T
his once-a-week program adds outdoor exploration to your existing childcar
e or preschool routine. It can also be used to give your young explorer
practice with classroom behaviors before starting a formal Pre-K program.
\nEach\, 12-week\, semester provides weekly opportunities for your
Pre-K Explorer to engage with age-appropriate content through observatio
n\, exploration\, and play. They might look for different colors on a
nature hike\, count acorns in the forest\, or compare the size of differen
t leaves before heading inside to model their own creation based on the d
ay’s theme. Our educators create safe spaces where children become comf
ortable asking questions\, sharing their ideas with others\, and trying ne
w things. \nThe group of students and the lead NCSL educator are consisten
t throughout the entire semester\, allowing your Pre-K explorer to pract
ice the soft skills needed for any group environment.  \n  \nQ: Does N
CSL offer a licensed Nature Preschool program?\nA: No. The Pre-K Explorers
Program meets too infrequently to qualify for the registration process th
rough the state of Ohio. However\, we do have a state and ACA certified
day camp we run each summer and apply those same safety standards and
educator expectations. \nSee our Family Starter Guide for more details on
  program procedures.  \n  \nQ: What will my Pre-K Explorer learn?\nA: E
ach week offers a different nature theme like bugs\, birds\, or the night
sky. While the activities\, games or stories will be anchored to the theme
\, student outcome goals center on the Ohio Department of Education’s
standards for building inquiry skills and social emotional learning. Your
Pre-K explorer will be making observations\, communicating ideas\, and p
racticing working with others. \nSee our Family Starter Guide for more de
tails on program goals.  \nQ: What can we expect for weekly logistics?\n
A: Each week has a unique theme\, but the structure of the day and the peo
ple in the group stay consistent from week to week.   \nSample Schedule:
