DESCRIPTION:Most food businesses don’t have a sales problem. They have a
decision problem. Because here’s the truth no one tells you: The answe
 r isn’t more data. It’s clearer decisions.  \nIn this workshop\, you
’ll cut through the noise and finally understand what’s driving your r
evenue—and what’s quietly draining it. No accounting jargon. No overw
helm.  \nYou’ll learn simple\, practical ways to make better decisions
about what to keep\, fix\, or cut—so your business actually pays you bac
 k. Growth doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from doing more of wha
t actually makes you money.  \nKey Takeaways:  \n\nWhy more numbers won
’t fix your business (and what actually will) \nThe real difference bet
ween revenue and profit—without the accounting lecture \nHow to quickly
identify your most profitable products \nSimple ways to track profitabil
ity \n\n \n  \nAbout the Speaker:  \nPauline McKinney helps founders ma
ke clear decisions without drowning in data. After 20+ years inside high-p
erformance environments\, she saw the same pattern everywhere:\nsmart lead
ers tracking more\, measuring more… and still second-guessing every move
. So she built Be The Data Hero to fix it. Her work cuts through the noise
\, strips data down to what actually matters\, and gives leaders something
most dashboards don’t: a clear next move. Because better decisions don
’t come from more data. They come from knowing what to ignore.
