 joy this year’s featured StoryWalk® selection\, “The Wonky Donkey\,
 ” while taking part in activities for kids throughout the afternoon. \nT
 he celebration is planned to include crafts and activities from the librar
 y\, face painting\, sidewalk chalk\, rock and critter painting\, temporary
  tattoos\, book readings\, prizes and the “Blind Date with a Book” giv
 eaway. Kids who complete the StoryWalk® will also receive a special Wonky
  Donkey keepsake. \nThe Blenko Glass Mobile Glass Unit will be on site nea
 r the Maintenance Building for a special glass demonstration. Additional g

DESCRIPTION:Three Rivers Avian Center (TRAC) is live at Kanawha State Fore
 st. The educational birds are a great opportunity to learn what birds say 
 “who cooks for me\, who cooks for you all?” as well as meeting other r
 aptors. \n\n\n\nThis nature program is all about raptors native to West Vi
 rginia: hawks\, eagles\, falcons\, and owls. You’ll learn about the habi
 tat\, diet and behavior of each bird presented\, the most common causes of
  injury to each species and the laws protecting these special birds. \n\n\
 n\nThere is no fee to attend. Open to the public\, the program lasts about
  an hour and questions are welcomed. This is a family friendly event. An e
 xcellent presentation for all ages. Join us with Three Rivers Avian Center
  and to meet the birds of prey.
