 ar of local craft favorites starts at 5 p.m.\, with dinner served at 6:15 
 p.m. A special dine and stay package is available which includes two drink
 s from the bar\, dinner\, one night at Hawks Nest Lodge\, and breakfast at
  the Overlook Restaurant the next morning. Single is $201 and double is $2

 at 5 p.m. with a casual social featuring a cash bar of locally crafted bee
 rs and wines. At 6 p.m.\, guests will enjoy a plated meal featuring\, whip
 ped goat cheese crostini with hot honey roasted grapes and thyme on toaste
 d sourdough\, heirloom tomato and burrata salad\, pan seared trout with br
 own butter and lemon herb rice and herb roasted asparagus\, tri tip with R
 osemary\, crushed pepper and garlic\, fingerling potatoes and braised coll
 ards\, and for dessert\, applesauce cake with bourbon maple frosting\, cra
 nberry orange compote and walnut brittle. \n\n\n\nThe all-inclusive price 
 for this dinner event is $78 per person\, all inclusive. Musical entertain
 ment by the highly talented Scott Cain\, and his hammer dulcimer will be f
