 ast Wales Best Practice Club. \nChannel View is one of Wales’ most signi
 ficant estate regeneration programmes\, transforming a well-established co

 ixed-tenure homes\, alongside improved public spaces and enhanced communit
 y connectivity. \nDelivered in partnership with Cardiff Council\, the rege
 neration programme will replace the existing 180 properties on the estate
