  next episode of its acclaimed documentary series Art in the Twenty-First 
 Century on PBS. The episode features internationally renowned artists Lenk
 a Clayton\, Josh Kline\, Delcy Morelos\, and Sin Wai Kin. “Human Nature
 ” investigates our impact on the world around us\, probes the social and
  economic systems that define our daily lives\, and explores how we relate
  to one another. Whether working in Pittsburgh\, Pennsylvania\, or London\
 , England\, the four artists in this episode reflect critically and optimi
 stically on the shared project of humanity.\n\nDirected by Ian Forster\, p
 roduced by Andrea Chung\, series produced by Nick Ravich\, and curated by

 n7:30 PM Discussion with Josh Kline\n\nSpeaker Bio\n\nJosh Kline (b. 1979\
 , Philadelphia\, USA) works in installation\, video\, sculpture\, and phot
 ography. His work questions how emergent technologies are being used to ch
 ange human life in the 21st Century. He often utilizes the technologies\, 
 practices\, and forms he scrutinizes—digitization\, data collection\, im
 age manipulation\, 3D-printing\, commercial and political advertising\, pr
 oductivity-enhancing substances—aiming them back at themselves. Some of 
 his most well-known videos use early deep fake software to speculate on th
 e meaning of truth in a time of post-truth propaganda. At its core\, Kline
 ’s practice is focused on work and class\, exploring how today’s most 
 urgent social and political issues—climate change\, automation\, disease
 \, and the weakening of democracy—impact the people who make up the labo
 r force.\n\nThis film screening is in conjunction with Art 21s Screening S
 ociety and has an approximate run time of 60 minutes.
