 itions for producing sparkling wines\, and how we’re dedicated to farmin
 g for the future by minimizing our impact on the environment. \nNext\, we
 ’ll guide you through the winemaking process\, showing you how we transf
 orm our grapes into world-class sparkling wines. You’ll explore our cell
 ar and learn the full journey\, from harvest to bottle. \nTASTING ROOM INF
 ORMATION & RESERVATIONS:\nOur tasting room is located at our estate vineya
 rd and winery\, just minutes from downtown Eagle\, Idaho\, in the heart of
  the Eagle Foothills American Viticulture Area. \nTastings are currently a
 vailable by appointment only. The tasting fee is $25 per person\, which is
  waived with a purchase of three or more bottles. 3100 Wine Club members e
 njoy a set number of complimentary tastings each year\, depending on their
