k5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement meditation that invites us to return to
our true selves through instinctual\, intuitive dance. Guided by the map o
 f Flowing\, Staccato\, Chaos\, Lyrical\, and Stillness\, the practice open
s a portal into embodied presence\, emotional honesty\, and creative expre
ssion. There are no steps to follow and no performance to give—only a ri
tualized space to offer the body’s prayer and witness the mystery of bei
ng alive as it unfolds\, moment by moment\, breath by breath. This practice
is an elixir for the body\, mind\, heart\, soul\, and spirit. People ofte
n leave the dance feeling cleansed and resourced\, reconnected to their bo
dily wisdom and a deeper sense of awareness. To dance this way is to pract
ice loving oneself and to remember our innate wholeness.5Rhythms® is for
every body. There is no right or wrong way to move—only your way. If you
’ve never had any dance training before\, hooray—that’s often a gift
. Come with curiosity and a willingness to be surprised by your own magic
 and mystery.Teacher Bio: Qibei is a 5Rhythms® teacher\, holistic healer\
, and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) - though boxes like t
hese never quite hold her. She moves between worlds: the clinical and the
mystical\, the tender and the fierce\, the silent knowing of the bones and
the unspeakable beauty of Spirit cracking open. Qibei has spent her life
listening\, deeply\, to what aches\, what awakens\, and what wants to come
  alive. Dance\, for her\, is not performance. It’s prayer\, medicine\, a
nd creative laboratory. Her work invites people out of numbness and into t
heir own raw aliveness: the place where everything dances\, where the wild
heart remembers itself. She believes embodied presence is what makes life
juicy and magical. The sacred art of coming home to ourselves\, through b
reath\, movement\, and the primordial intelligence pulsing through our vei
ns.  In her movement classes\, Qibei creates a trauma-sensitive\, inclusi
ve place for all bodies\, inviting the dynamic emergence of real human and
beyond-human interplay. More info at www.Qibei.be.

DESCRIPTION:Resting in the Radiance of Being\na direct path into luminous
nonduality\, rooted in the living heart \nHosted by the Amoda Maa Foundati
on in association with Open Circle Center. \nINFO & REGISTRATION \nJoin Am
oda Maa in the open and alive atmosphere of Berkeley\, California\, USA fo
r an intimate daylong gathering. This meeting offers a welcoming space to
slow down\, listen deeply\, and come into direct contact with what is most
true. \nAmoda Maa invites those gathered to rest as the awareness that is
already here\, prior to the movement of thought. With clarity and warmth\
, she points to the natural simplicity of being\, revealing the freedom\,
presence\, and aliveness that are always available—a living teaching exp
lored in her new book\, Unveiling the Light of Being. \nThe day will unfol
d in two sessions\, with a lunch break in between. Each session will inclu
de a short period of silence\, a discourse arising from the moment\, and a
mple time for questions and open dialogue with Amoda Maa. \nAmoda Maa is
a contemporary spiritual teacher and author whose work points directly to
the recognition of our essential nature as the silent radiance of being. H
er teaching is rooted in luminous nonduality and explores what it means to
live from this recognition in the midst of ordinary human life.\nSpeaking
from direct experience rather than religious tradition or lineage\, Amoda
offers a clear and contemporary approach to awakening—one that invites
a movement beyond identification with the separate self and into the freed
om\, openness\, and intimacy of what is already here. \nShe is the author
of several books\, most recently Unveiling the Light of Being: The Direct
Path to Realizing Your True Nature. Her work is shared internationally thr
ough retreats\, online gatherings\, and writings. \nAmoda lives in New Mex
ico with her husband\, poet and contemplative guide Kavi Jezzie Hockaday.
Together they co-founded the Amoda Maa Foundation\, which supports the sha
ring of the teachings and its international community. \nMore info: www.am

DESCRIPTION:Events and Registration here: https://momence.com/l/k8hbyLdET
he Bay Area Evolving Ground local group meets regularly at The Alembic to
meditate together and explore contemporary Vajrayana. We meet and greet\,
then start with a short introduction to opening awareness meditation. We
sit for 20 minutes\, take a break\, practice some slow standing meditation
s together\, take a break\, and then sit for another 20 minutes. We end wi
th questions and discussion.Opening awareness is a seated meditation leadi
ng to vividness and spacious clarity. It is Evolving Ground’s foundation
al meditation and is a contemporary version of the Dzogchen practice of
shi-ne (shamatha in Sanskrit). The movements come from the Sky Realm Se
ries (Nam'khor in Tibetan). These are Dzogchen long-de practices uniqu
e to Evolving Ground. They look and feel quite similar to Qi Gong\, thoug
h they operate on a different principle: discovery of the nonduality of cl
arity and bliss\, through the experience of “tsal”—embodied awarenes
s as non-ordinary sensation.Attendees need no prior experience. There will
be plenty of space for questions\, reflections\, and group exploration of
the practices. This meetup is free to attend.Evolving Ground is a global
community exploring a transformational path of passionate involvement with
the world. Our life-affirming approach empowers creative\, effective indi
viduals: people who live with courage\, kindness\, and grace.
