DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in helping create climate resilience in the
  Bay Area and beyond?  \nThis event brings together climate-resilient des
 ign thinking from the Berkeley College of Environmental Design (CED) commu
 nity with Haas alumni expertise in financing\, partnership\, governance an
 d delivery. The objective: to spark ideas on how vision gets built and sus
 tained.  \nFor Haas MBAs and BAs\, this is a real opportunity to contribu
 te your expertise to the human adaptation challenges that climate change i
 s already forcing. For designers\, it’s a chance to pressure-test their
 visions against people who move capital and make implementation possible.
   \nClimate designers will bring solutions on four topics: (1) Flooding d
 isaster management\; (2) Environmental contamination from sea level rise\;
  (3) Extreme heat\; (4) Green infrastructure. $12 donation covers the faci
 lity rental.  \nWe’re hosting this at 9Zero\, a climate co-working spac
 e in the SF Financial District.  \nQuestions? Contact Wenpei Wang – w
