DESCRIPTION:Join Heather Furtney for a nourishing 90-minute practice desig
ned to release tension in the hips and guide you into deep relaxation thro
ugh Yoga Nidra. \nWe’ll begin with 50 minutes of mindful hip-opening mov
ement\, exploring the hip joint through its full range of motion. The hips
are one of the body’s largest and most complex joints\, supporting us i
n nearly every step we take. They also tend to hold onto physical stress f
rom sitting\, repetitive movement\, and daily life. As we gently create mo
bility\, stability\, and space\, you may notice not only greater ease in y
our body\, but also a sense of mental clarity and emotional release. \nOnc
 e the body has softened and opened\, we’ll transition into a 40-minute Y
oga Nidra practice\, often called “yogic sleep.” This guided meditatio
n invites you into the peaceful space between wakefulness and sleep\, wher
e profound rest and restoration can occur. There is nothing to do except g
et comfortable in savasana\, close your eyes\, and listen. Through simple
awareness and guided relaxation\, Yoga Nidra offers an opportunity to quie
