 \nAugust – November 2026\nAnne E. Schwartz \nMonster: The True Story of 
 the Jeffrey Dahmer Murders \nAnne E. Schwartz is a veteran Milwaukee journ
 alist who\, as a reporter for the Milwaukee Journal in 1991\, broke the st
 ory of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer and was among the first on the scene. 
 Her reporting earned a Pulitzer Prize nomination\, and she went on to writ
 e two books on the case\, most recently Monster: The True Story of the Jef
 frey Dahmer Murders. Schwartz later served eight years as communications d
 irector for the Milwaukee Police Department and has since become a nationa
 lly recognized trainer on strategic communication for law enforcement and 
 public safety professionals. She returns to West Bend to share the inside 
 story of one of the most notorious cases in American history. \nThe Bend S
 essions Community Lecture Series runs from August 10th through November 17
 th and is a FREE event open to the public\, however registration is reques
