 Training (MBSR-TT) is an immersive\, apprentice-style training in how to t
 each the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course with skill and c
 onfidence. It features hands-on\, in-classroom training with a high facult
 y-to-student ratio\, facilitated cohort support\, and individualized mento
 rship. Personalized feedback\, flexibility\, and warm support are the hall

 the prerequisites for application to MBSR-TT\, you have:\n\nTaken the MBSR
  course at least once in a live format online or in person.\nCompleted at

 tablished a consistent personal meditation practice.\n\nADDITIONAL SELECTI

  Studio Two \nPedaling a bicycle may change the life of someone with Parki
 nson’s disease. Research conducted at the Cleveland Clinic showed a 35% 
 reduction in symptoms by the simple act of pedaling a bicycle at a rapid p
 ace – optimally\, 80-90 revolutions per minute. Fast pedaling is not a c
 ure of Parkinson’s disease but it is changing the lives of increasing nu
 mbers of participants who\, before\, had no hope beyond medication and eve
