 rounded by the quiet shelter of dense forest canopy\, grounding ourselves 
 through simple breathing practices and sensory exercises that pull you dir
 ectly into the present moment. From there\, we’ll wander the lakeside pa
 ths at a unhurried pace\, sharing light conversation and noticing the smal
 l wonders along the trail.\n\nTogether by the shore\, we’ll pause for a 
 cozy tea circle—enjoying warm\, locally sourced herbal tea while taking 
 in the water views.\n\nWhat to Expect\n- The Pace: Gentle and accessible (
 1.5 to 2 miles total with frequent stops). No hiking experience required.\
 n- The Vibe: Warm\, welcoming\, and grounded. Come as you are—whether yo
