 “Woody” Back’s upbringing in Louisville\, KY grounded his culinary s

 hef at restaurants in Virginia Beach. He truly fell in love with Southern 
 cuisine while Chef de Cuisine at Coastal Grill. Following his passion\, he
  moved South to join the kitchens of James Beard Award winning Chefs Tom C
 olicchio at Craft as Sous Chef and later Linton Hopkins as Executive Sous 
 Chef at Restaurant Eugene. Chef Woody joined Table & Main as Executive Sou

 iendships with farmers and keen interest in responsible sourcing to suppor
