 this program connects participants to health and wellness programming\, op
 portunities for socialization\, as well as community resources.  Call 828
 -277-8288 to register. The Senior Dining and Wellness Program is a progra
 m funded through grants received by Council on Aging of Buncombe County. 
  While there is no charge to participate\, individuals are given the oppor
 tunity to expand services through consumer contributions.

 riticism  \nRecovery isn’t just about staying sober—it’s about learn
 ing how to actually live.  \nIf you’ve ever felt overwhelmed\, stuck in 
 your head\, or frustrated by patterns that keep repeating\, you’re not a
 lone. Many people in recovery struggle not because they lack discipline\, 
 but because they haven’t been taught how to work with their thoughts\, e
 motions\, and nervous system in a practical way.  \nThis 2-hour experienti
 al workshop offers a different approach.  \nThrough guided mindfulness pra
 ctices\, real-world tools\, and interactive exercises\, you’ll learn how
  to slow down\, respond to stress more effectively\, and build a more comp
 assionate relationship with yourself. This isn’t a lecture—it’s some
 thing you’ll feel and practice.  \nWhat You’ll Learn  \n-How to get ou
