 ¡Aquí Estamos! Catharsis in the Collection curated by Jadira Gurulé a
 nd the NHCC art team.   \ni thought i saw you yesterday features artwor
 ks by nine artists who interweave their memories and ancestral knowledge t
 o create a dialogue between life cycles\, food\, land\, place\, and the bo
 dy.   \n¡Aquí Estamos! Catharsis in the Collection explores themes s
 uch as joy\, playfulness\, love\, humor\, catharsis\, recovery\, and perse

 h Fresco…\nMundos de Mestizaje by Frederico Vigil is a mural housed in 
 the Torreón on the campus of the National Hispanic Cultural Center. This 
 monumental fresco depicts thousands of years of Hispanic history highlight
 ing diverse cultural connections between people and places from the Iberia
 n Peninsula to the Americas. The 4\,000 square foot painting is one of the
  largest frescos in North America. \nThe digitized imagery of the painting
  ensures that this culturally significant work can be a sharing and learni
 ng experience for students and families anywhere. We invite you to explore
